Refund policy

At Roamie One, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

To start a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return.

Damaged or Faulty Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will review the claim and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Used products
  • Products that have been filled with liquids or personal care products
  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Gift cards (if applicable)
  • Sale or clearance items (if applicable)

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty, damaged, or sent in error.
