This Refund Policy applies to purchases made from SculptPro at roamieone.com. It sits alongside, and does not affect, your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
30-day money-back guarantee
We want you to love SculptPro One. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. To start a return, email us at hello@roamieone.com with your order number.
Your legal right to cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. To cancel, notify us at hello@roamieone.com. You then have 14 days to return the goods.
Condition of returned items
To be eligible for a refund, items should be returned in a clean and undamaged condition with all original packaging where possible. For hygiene reasons, please ensure the device is clean before returning. We may reduce a refund to reflect any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and function of the goods.
How to return your item

- We will provide return instructions and the return address.
- Pack the item securely and send it back to us.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you and process your refund to your original payment method within 14 days. Refund timing may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
Faulty or damaged items
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality. If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, contact us at hello@roamieone.com and we will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund at no cost to you.
Return shipping costs
If you are returning an item under our 30-day guarantee or the 14-day cancellation right, you are responsible for the cost of return postage. If the item is faulty or was sent in error, we will cover the return cost.
